Boob Balm: Manuka Oil, Tamanu Oil, Rosehip Oil, Marshmallow Oil, Kokum Butter, Shea Butter, Pomegranate Oil, Avocado Oil, Grapeseed Oil, Calendula Oil, Glycerin, Cetearyl Alcohol (plant-derived natural emulsifier), Candelilla Wax, Polyaquol,
Grapefruit Oil, Vitamin E.

Bub Balm: Manuka Oil, Tamanu Oil, Rosehip Oil, Chamomile, Shea Butter, Olive Oil, Kokum Butter, Sunflower Oil, Vitamin E, Comfrey Oil, Calendula Oil, Glycerin, Cetearyl Alcohol (plant derived), Candelilla Wax, Polyaquol, Grapefruit Oil.

Boob Balm:

During Pregnancy: Many women experience, sore, itchy or
flaky breast discomfort even before baby arrives. Use as needed for comfort,
and we recommended to condition your breasts before baby, by applying once a
day in the later weeks, preparing your skin for breastfeeding. Pack in the
hospital bag!

During Breastfeeding: Apply a small amount to nipples after
feeding to keep skin nourished, clean, soothed and purified.

If desired, wipe with a damp cloth or wet wipe before next feed, but baby
safe.

Bub Balm: Apply a small amount to effected area as often as required. External use only on baby's skin.

Can I use Boob Balm while pregnant?

Yes! And some women need it for breast discomfort during pregnancy. All our products are very mild and considered safe throughout pregnancy, but if you are at all concerned, we recommend consulting your GP/health care professional when pregnant, as everyone and every pregnancy journey is different.

My doctor says not to give my child honey. Do your balms have honey in it?

No. There is no honey in any of our products. While we do use Manuka Oil, which many people associate with Manuka honey, the oil we use has been harvested direct from the Manuka Tea Tree. Manuka honey is made from bees that take the pollen from the same tree. We go straight to the source, no bees required. And yes, Manuka Oil is AMAZING and 1000 times more potent than the honey, with so many incredible qualities.

Is Boob Balm and Bub Balm safe for my baby?

Is Boob Balm and Bub Balm vegan and fragrance free?

Yes they're vegan! All the ingredients in our balms are 100% natural and not from animals or animal derived products. But while we don’t add any fragrances to our products, that doesn’t mean our balms don’t have any scent at all. We can’t remove the smells that naturally occur from our ingredients, but luckily enough, all our ingredients smell great together! You can tell, just from a whiff of our products, that they’re jam-packed full of essential oils. And being natural, the scent is fast dissipating, as opposed to synthetic fragrances that are designed to last.

What if my balms melts?

As they are a balms, there is a melting point for our products. This is great for easy application, but please don't worry if it does melt from time to time, it won't effect the efficacy of the product. We do recommend keeping below 30 degrees and out of direct sunlight. If your balm does melt and cools again too slowly, it may become grainy as different ingredients have different solidifying points. To restore its luxurious smooth texture, simply give the melted product a stir and put it in the fridge to cool quickly.
