LOOK AFTER YOURSELF, MUMMA:

Our Boob Balm and Belly Oil are award-winning and 100% natural, formulated to provide deep hydration and long-lasting comfort for pregnant and breastfeeding mums. Hand-blended in Country Victoria, our vegan products create a luxurious protective barrier for sensitive skin.

WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT:

  • Intensely Soothing — Specially formulated to calm and comfort tender, dry and tight skin. Both our Boob Balm and Belly Oil are perfect for both pre AND postpartum.
  • Purifying Botanical Power — Formulated with high concentrations of Manuka Oil, known for its extraordinary skin-cleansing and purifying properties, helping maintain a balanced skin microbiome.
  • Supports Skin Elasticity — Rich in fatty acids, deeply conditioning the skin to help it feel supple and resilient during pregnancy and beyond.
  • Barrier Support — Deeply conditioning the skin, helping to maintain elasticity and a healthy-looking skin barrier.
  • Fast Absorbing & Non-Greasy — Sinks into skin quickly, leaving it feeling soft, supple, and revitalised, with no sticky residue.
  • Honey Free & Safe For Bub — We use Manuka Oil, not Manuka honey, which means we harvest the benefits of Manuka direct from the tea tree, not a single bee required. This actually enhances the benefits of Manuka Oil by 1000x compared to the well known Manuka honey. No need to wash it off before feeding.

MULTI-USE LUXURY:

  • As You Grow — Massage into your bump, hips, breasts or thighs once a day or as needed. Best applied after a shower when your skin is primed to lock in moisture, leaving skin feeling exceptionally soft.
  • Postpartum — Continue to apply the oil to your stomach to replenish your skin's tone and texture, and our Boob Balm is a must have for breastfeeding mums.
  • Massage Oil — Can be used as a massage oil, particularly on your C-scar once you have approval from you postpartum care provider.

FAQ's

Can I use Boob Balm while pregnant?

Yes! And some women need it for breast discomfort during pregnancy. All our products are very mild and considered safe throughout pregnancy, but if you are at all concerned, we recommend consulting your GP/health care professional when pregnant, as everyone and every pregnancy journey is different.

My doctor says not to give my child honey. Does Boob Balm have honey
in it?

No. There is no honey in any of our products. While we do use Manuka Oil, which many people associate with Manuka honey, the oil we use has been harvested direct from the Manuka Tea Tree. Manuka honey is made from bees that take the pollen from the same tree. We go straight to the source, no bees required. And yes, Manuka Oil is AMAZING and 1000 times more potent than the
honey, with so many incredible qualities.

Is Boob Balm safe for my baby?

Yes. All ingredients in Boob Balm are 100% natural, non-toxic, and already widely used amongst the skincare industry. If you'd prefer to be cautious, you can wipe your breast with a moist towel or wet wipe before feeding your baby, and, like all skin products, it is always best to test patch first.

Is Boob Balm vegan and fragrance free?

Yes it's vegan! All the ingredients in Boob Balm are 100% natural and not from animals or animal derived products. But while we don’t add any fragrances to our products, that doesn’t mean our balms don’t have any scent at all. We can’t remove the smells that naturally occur from our ingredients, but luckily enough, all our ingredients smell great together! You can tell, just from a
whiff of our products, that they’re jam-packed full of essential oils. And being natural, the scent is fast dissipating, as opposed to synthetic fragrances that are designed to last.

Why do my nipples hurt?

There are many reasons why breastfeeding can be painful and challenging. So we have a whole FAQ section on it here

What if my Boob Balm melts?

As it is a balm, there is a melting point for our products. This is great
for easy application, but please don't worry if it does melt from time to time, it won't effect the efficacy of the product. We do recommend keeping below 30 degrees and out of direct sunlight. If your balm does melt and cools again too slowly, it may become grainy as different ingredients have different solidifying points. To restore its luxurious smooth texture, simply give the melted product a stir and put it in the fridge to cool quickly.

Why is my belly so itchy?

Because that skin is stretching big time! Your skin might not look like it's cracking, but when it's forced to expand so rapidly, tiny cracks in the skin will make your bump feel itchy as anything.

That's why keeping that skin intensely moisturised is so important. Lather up!

When is it best to apply Belly Oil?

After a shower! When that softened, damp skin is ready to soak up anything. Use after a shower, once a day for sure, but twice is even better.

Will the oil stain my clothes?

You'll find our Belly Oil absorbs into your skin super fast. It's a 'dry' oil too, so won't leave you feeling slick and gross, and you can pop your clothes on immediately after.

With particularly delicate fabrics, like silk, perhaps err on the side of caution and give that oil a bit more time to soak in.
