We use the Highest Quality
Not only are all our ingredients natural and vegan, but we also source the highest quality to make sure we get the most bang from our balms.
Traditionally, nipple creams consist of 100% Lanolin, which is also known as wool grease, FYI, as its the oil produced by sheep glands. Yeeugh. But even so, lanolin is highly moisturising which is why it's been used to date.
We decided to go bigger and better, though. Not only do none of our ingredients contain any animal products, but they’re also jam-packed with healing properties, making them both a treatment and a preventative—not to mention more enjoyable to use than thick, sticky lanolin.
Everyone's heard of Manuka honey as being a miracle healer, well, we've left the bees alone and gone straight to the source of the Manuka Tea Tree for our Manuka Oil, supercharging its potency. We also use Tamanu Oil and Kanuka Oil, making our balms anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, analgesic, antifungal and antibacterial.
Moisturising is also key, so we use Marshmallow as well as Rosehip Oil. Throw in ingredients like Mango Butter, Avocado Oil and Pomegranate, and you know our balms are amazing as they sound good enough to eat.
Nothing Nasty, Eww-ey or Gooey
We put in nothing to fill, fatten, or fluff up our products. 100% natural, no chemicals, no preservatives, no added fragrances. Nothing that you don't want around you or your baby.
We hand make it ourselves in Australia, with ingredients sourced mostly within Australia or New Zealand. It doesn't get cleaner; it doesn't get lovelier.
Tamanu Oil
Helps make collagen for your skin, which will not only contribute to healing, but reduce scars as well.
So got a C-section wound? When it's closed up enough to touch, apply away to reduce scarring.
Marshmallow and Rosehip
Rosehip Oil - Not only will it help you heal, but it's moisturising as well, leaving your skin supple and stretchy.
Marshmallow - Sounds tasty, but its super power is actually its intense moisturising.
