Returns on Spoiled or Damaged Product

Bubs and Boobs Co accepts returns of any spoiled or damaged products. We will offer either a full refund or replacement product to no expense of the customer.

 

Change of Mind Policy

Used Product: Due to the nature of our product, Bubs and Boobs Co can not accept exchanges or returns on used products due to a simple 'change of mind'. 

Unused Product: If the product is unused and in original condition, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange, however not until the product has been received back to us (at customer's expense). Once we receive the product ad can deem it unused and in original condition, we can process the refund or exchange. These items must be returned/or communication started, within a 30 day window.

We're so confident our balms can help, that we offer a 30 day money back guarantee on some of our products. If our balms don't help you or your baby within 30 days of using, then contact us to discuss your money back.

Please Note: This offer only applies for if the product does not help improve your or your babies condition. It does not apply if you simply do not like the product, e.g. its texture, its smell, its packaging. We believe our product will work, and it is on that basis only that we offer a money back guarantee.
